REMOTE Executive Assistant with Elite Virtual Assistants
YOU MUST BE BASED IN THE US TO BE CONSIDERED!!
This is a part-time remote position. If you are looking for a full-time position, supplemental income along with your current full-time position, or if you do not want a 1099 position, this is not the role for you.
The pay rate starts at $20/hour with 5+ years of experience. We consider our team members for regular pay rate increases, every 6 months, between the range of $20-25/hour.
Responsibilities may include:
Ā Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients.
Ā Calendar, inbox, and file management.
Ā Prepare internal and external documents for team members and industry partners.
Ā Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries.
Ā Arrange events to take place outside of the workplace, such as golf tournaments, fund-raising events, and staff appreciation events.
Ā Maintain an organized electronic filing system.
Ā Some personal tasks may be included when serving clients.
Ā Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
Ā Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.
Qualifications and Skills:
Ā Must have 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management.
Ā Advanced Microsoft Office & GSuite skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.
Ā Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties.
Ā Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills.
Ā Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Ā Friendly and professional demeanor.
Ā Process-oriented thinking.
Ā Strong grammar skills.
Ā Keen sense of discretion.
Ā Tech-savvy, resourceful, and a quick learner.
