Remote Executive Assistant to Founder | 5 Hours Per Week | Ongoing

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide remote support to a company director for approximately five hours per week on an ongoing basis. This role is suited to someone experienced in executive support who can work independently, communicate clearly, and maintain strong organisational systems. Key Responsibilities: • Produce a concise weekly report based on provided inputs and updates • Conduct a structured weekly check in with the director • Gather relevant information and follow up on outstanding items • Draft and manage basic professional email communication • Maintain organised digital records and task tracking Requirements: • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar executive support role • Strong written English and professional communication skills • High level organisational ability and attention to detail • Confident using email, shared documents, and common productivity tools • Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently • Reliable and consistent availability each week Engagement Details: • Approximately 5 hours per week • Fully remote • Ongoing engagement for the right candidate • Fixed weekly time commitment preferred When applying, please include: A brief summary of your executive support experience Examples of reporting or structured communication you have prepared Your hourly rate Your current availability and time zone We are looking for someone dependable, structured, and calm under pressure.
