Key Responsibilities
ย Efficiently manage the calendars of the CEO and COO, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
ย Compile and prepare essential materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes.
ย Screen and prioritize communications on behalf of the COO, handling sensitive information with utmost discretion.
ย Assist the COO with the management of day-to-day operations.
ย Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and aid in the preparation of reports.
ย Work collaboratively with department heads to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
ย Serve as an intermediary between the COO and various stakeholders.
ย Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure clarity and professionalism.
ย Organize and coordinate company events and meetings as directed.
ย Oversee logistics for training sessions and other organizational functions.
ย Provide assistance with research, data analysis, and strategic planning as required.
ย Lead specific projects and initiatives as assigned by the COO.
Required Skills
ย Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize daily tasks effectively.
ย Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proactive mindset.
ย Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
ย Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
ย Active driver's license.
Qualifications
ย High School Diploma is required.
ย Experience in administrative support is preferred but not mandatory.
