Key Responsibilities

As an Executive Personal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our CEO with a range of critical tasks, including:
• Managing the CEO’s complex schedule, appointments, and calendar with accuracy.
• Coordinating and confirming business meetings, travel arrangements, and event logistics.
• Preparing comprehensive reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Assisting in drafting emails and managing communication efficiently.
• Screening and prioritizing incoming calls, messages, and requests.
• Conducting research, gathering data, and preparing briefs for meetings.
• Assisting in the management of confidential business and legal documents.
• Tracking and following up on action items, deadlines, and key business initiatives.
• Coordinating with internal teams, franchisees, and external partners.
• Handling personal errands and administrative tasks as needed.
• Overseeing household scheduling, vendor management, and appointments, if required.
• Supporting the organization of events, reservations, and travel logistics.
• Facilitating the execution of strategic projects and initiatives.
• Organizing files, records, and essential business documents.
• Liaising with key executives including franchisees, medical professionals, and business associates.

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills:
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant to a C-level executive or business owner.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A high level of discretion and professionalism in all interactions.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and project management tools.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to manage digital communications and scheduling software.
• Capability to work under pressure, anticipate needs, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience in healthcare, franchising, or business operations is an advantage.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
