Required Skills
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
Ā A minimum of four years of experience in an administrative capacity supporting senior management
Ā Familiarity with real estate support and collaboration with brokers
Ā Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
Ā Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ā Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a capacity to learn new software swiftly
Ā A flexible, team-oriented approach combined with a proactive mindset
Ā The ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a rapidly changing environment
Ā A confident and professional demeanor for phone interactions

Qualifications
