The Stronghold Companies is seeking a Project Manager responsible for overseeing multiple projects to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and service. The role involves supervising field execution, managing costs, and maintaining professionalism in all business dealings while adhering to company policies and safety guidelines.ResponsibilitiesEnforce Company policies with SuperintendentsCommunicate with Director of Operations as requested to ensure timeliness of project and attend meetings as necessary with Operations and ClientAssist in the selection and development of field personnelSupport the planning and estimating staff by assisting in the development of customer proposalsOversee the enforcement of all Safety, Company and Client policies and proceduresFocus on completing projects in a quality manner showing the Company’s overall commitment to high standardsManage costs for each projectManage multiple projects, tasks and resourcesContinually evaluate the use of full-time and project-based personnelDemonstrate excellent relational skills with customer, sub-contractors and subordinatesPursue the use of new methods and technologies in an effort to shorten schedules and increase profits without sacrificing quality standardsHold daily “tail-gate” safety meetings at the beginning of each shiftFollow all Company Safety, Quality Control/Quality Assurance procedures and OSHA guidelinesUnderstand and articulate mechanical concepts (i.e. drawings)See, read, write and understand communication including directions, instructions and warning signsMaintain poise and focus under time constraintAttend and complete trainings as required by the Company and clientPass all required drug/alcohol testing and background requirementsPerform other related duties as assignedSkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent7 years of managerial experienceAt least 5 years of supervisory experience in related industryClass 'A' driver's licenseClean MVR10 years of managerial experienceAt least 5 years of supervisory experience in related industryFirst Aid and CPR trainedCompany OverviewAs part of the Quanta Services Family of Companies (NYSE: PWR) - Stronghold provides the safest, leanest, most efficient, quality solutions for the refinery, petrochemical and midstream industries.
