[Remote] Events Project Manager

The role involves coordinating large-scale events, managing communications, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.ResponsibilitiesProvide end-to-end event support for a portfolio of predetermined first- and third-party events ranging from small executive engagements to large-scale events with 100,000+ attendeesEstablish and manage Rhythm of Business (RoB) processes and event planning workflowsCreate and distribute event communications, including T-minus emails, newsletters, stakeholder updates, and post event follow-upsCoordinate speaker logistics and content managementLead customer "Know Before You Go" meetings and event preparation sessionsEnsure seamless onsite event execution and operational supportManage ongoing communications with internal stakeholders, external partners, show organizers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure events are delivered on time and within budgetDevelop and maintain detailed project plans and workback schedules with clearly defined roles, responsibilities, and deadlinesSupport booth planning and design coordination when applicableCoordinate executive and customer engagement experiences including roundtables, receptions, and dinnersTrack event performance metrics, ROI, and post-event reporting in all systems of recordSkills5+ years of event coordination, event management, or program management experience supporting cross-functional global teams & complex workstreamsStrong project management skills with attention to detail and follow-throughExceptional communication, organizational, and cross-group collaboration skillsProven ability to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders and competing prioritiesExperience supporting programs and managing both first- and third-party events within the technology industryHighly proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneouslyStrong analytical, organizational, communication, and decision-making skillsExperience coordinating webinars, virtual events, and digital event platformsStrong proficiency with Microsoft tools including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Loop, Dynamics and Azure DevOps preferredExperience with contracts/agreements and budget trackingProven success working in remote and globally distributed team environmentsStrong proficiency with Microsoft tools including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Loop, Dynamics and Azure DevOps preferredFamiliarity with partner/channel programs, or enterprise technology environments preferredBenefitsEmployer contributions toward the cost of employee-only medical and dental premiumsVision - opt-in available401kPTOLaptopLife Insurance, Disability Insurance, AD&D coverageShort-term Disability, Accident, Cancer/Critical Illness, Pet insurance - opt in availableThis is a fully remote contract position; however, occasional domestic and international travel may be required to support on-site events.
