[Remote] Events Project Manager

They are seeking an Events Project Manager to support the Brand Creative team, focusing on coordinating the production of print and digital assets for regional events while ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and on time.ResponsibilitiesManage project intake, scoping, and scheduling for print and digital asset production across the eventMaintain and update project timelines, ensuring milestones are clearly defined and deadlines are met across all deliverablesServe as the primary point of coordination between the creative team, internal stakeholders, and external vendorsFacilitate the print production process from file handoff through vendor delivery, tracking status and flagging risks earlyConduct regular project check-ins and status reporting to keep leadership informed on progress, blockers, and capacityIdentify and escalate production concerns, scope changes, or timeline risks before they become issuesBuild and maintain workflow documentation, project trackers, and asset logs to support a high-volume production environmentCoordinate reviews and approval cycles, ensuring the right stakeholders are looped in at the right timeSkills6+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a creative, marketing, or events environmentDemonstrated experience managing high-volume production workflows for print and digital assetsStrong proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Workfront, Smartsheet, or similar)Experience coordinating with external print vendors and managing file delivery timelinesSolid understanding of creative production processes, including print specifications, approval workflows, and asset versioningAbility to manage multiple concurrent deadlines and adapt quickly in a dynamic environmentExperience supporting large-scale events or campaigns strongly preferredCompany OverviewThe Sage Group, a 24 Seven company, is a leading talent solutions firm with a fine-tuned approach in the marketing, technology, and business operations space.
