[Remote] Events Marketing Specialist

They are seeking an Events Marketing Specialist to support the planning and execution of over 80 events annually, ensuring exceptional attendee experiences through strong operational support and coordination.ResponsibilitiesSupport planning and execution for flagship conferences such as TrustWeek and OneTrust oneâday events, including vendor coordination, speaker and breakout logistics, sponsor support, offâsite events, and attendee experience elementsAssist with OneTrustâs presence at thirdâparty tradeshows, supporting project plans, internal enablement, onsite logistics, and postâevent reportingSupport community and customer events including User Groups, thought leadership events, and OneTrust global roadshowsMaintain detailed project documentation, budgets, timelines, and event folders to ensure consistency and accuracy across eventsSupport procurement processes and contract tracking for venues, vendors, and servicesAssist with registration websites, surveys, lead capture, and ROI reportingPartner with internal teams (Field Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing) to support successful event participationHelp ensure teams are informed, enabled, and aligned on event goals, logistics, and outcomesWork within event and marketing systems including project management tools, budget trackers, CRM, and registration platformsSupport reporting and analysis to help measure event performance and impactSkills2+ years of experience supporting marketing events or tradeshows (B2B SaaS experience is a plus)Degree, preferably in marketing, communication, public relations or related fieldExperience working in a cross-functional capacity within a dynamic, rapidly changing environmentExperience with Microsoft toolsHigh degree of technical competence for registration systems and websites, event reporting and analytics through use of SFDC and PowerBI dashboards, project management and resourcing platformsLooking to further your career in event management as an in-house/client-side plannerHave knowledge and interest in marketing and event's role in driving business goalsHighly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneouslyEager to learn about vendor negotiation, budget management, and logistics coordinationComfortable working in a fast-paced, lean environment with tight deadlinesKeen interest in developing unique experiences that drive brand engagement across live and virtual eventsWilling to travel (domestic & international) and work nonstandard hours as neededAdditional bonus to have had experience with CVENT event website building, registration management and content (breakout) managementBenefitsComprehensive healthcare coverageFlexible PTOEquity RSUsAnnual performance bonus opportunitiesRetirement account support14+ weeks of paid parental leaveCareer development opportunitiesCompany-paid privacy certification exam feesCompany OverviewOneTrust is the AI-Ready Governance platform helping organizations accelerate innovation while ensuring responsible data use.
