You will collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure each event runs smoothly and meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives.
Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Coordinate with marketing and design teams to promote the event.
Handle event logistics, including venue selection, transportation, accommodations, and on-site operations.
Oversee the events success, address any issues that arise, and provide feedback for improvement.
Maintain regular communication with clients, updating them on the progress and managing expectations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Event Planner or similar role.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
