They are seeking an Event Marketing Coordinator to manage and execute events across North America, fostering relationships and driving demand through engaging experiences.ResponsibilitiesOwn Customer.io's North America events calendar - field events, hosted dinners, sponsored conferences, and virtual sessionsPartner with the Events Manager and marketing team to define goals, audiences, formats, and success metricsEvaluate sponsorships, speaking slots, and new opportunities aligned to our demand and pipeline goalsOwn day-to-day logistics: vendor coordination, timelines, run-of-show, speaker prep, and on-the-ground supportManage registration flows, pre-event comms, and the attendee experience from first touch to follow-upWork closely with Sales, CS, Brand, and Content to keep every event well-scoped, on-message, and supported with the right assetsLead planning and execution of customer-focused events - hosted dinners, Suite Series experiences, and curated roundtables for our most strategic accountsCollaborate with CS and AM to identify and invite the right customers, build post-event follow-up workflows, and capture feedback that deepens relationships and supports expansion pipelineIdentify opportunities to grow the customer event program and increase its impact on retention and advocacyTrack event performance - registrations, attendance, engagement, and pipeline impactShare insights and recommendations to improve ROI and attendee experienceMaintain documentation, templates, and repeatable workflows that make running events more scalableSkillsLocated in North America2+ years in event marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing within B2B SaaSExperience running a mix of virtual events, webinars, and in-person activationsStrong project management skills - you juggle timelines, tasks, and teams with easeExperience collaborating with Sales on event-driven follow-upComfortable with marketing automation tools (Customer.io, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) and SalesforceUnderstanding of lead capture, UTMs, attribution, and event funnel performanceBenefits100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family16 weeks paid parental leaveUnlimited PTOStipends for remote work and wellnessA professional development budgetCompany OverviewCustomer.io enables users to send newsletters to selected segments of customers using their website data.
