Remote Event Coordinator
We're looking for a reliable freelance event coordinator to handle the logistics of our events [work seminars / client dinners / workshops / conferences] on a per-event basis. All coordination is done remotely. • *What you'll do - Source and book venues that fit our brief and budget - Coordinate catering (menus, dietary needs, headcount, setup) - Arrange for printed collateral and event materials to arrive at the venue on time - Liaise with vendors leading up to and on the day of the event - Troubleshoot day-of issues remotely - Provide a short post-event recap with costs and learnings • *You're a good fit if you - Have proven experience coordinating in-person events remotely - Have a strong vendor network or can build one quickly in new cities - Are highly organized, responsive, and proactive - Are comfortable working for a flat fee per event (no hourly billing) • *Logistics - Events will take place around the U.S. - Approximately 1 event per month - Flat fee per event — please propose your rate • *To apply, please include 1. 2–3 examples of events you've coordinated remotely (size, location, your role) 2.
