Key Responsibilities
Ā• Design and implement engaging, hands-on learning activities that align with our curriculum and educational standards.
Ā• Support children in achieving developmental milestones and assist with remote learning or schoolwork as needed.
Ā• Maintain a safe and welcoming atmosphere for both children and their families.
Ā• Conduct observations and facilitate open communication with families and colleagues.
Ā• Ensure active supervision and engagement with children at all times.
Ā• As a floater, be prepared to adapt to different classrooms and provide support across various areas.
Ā• After 6:00 PM, focus on maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Required Skills
Ā• Understanding of child development and early learning principles.
Ā• Effective communication and customer service skills.
Ā• Basic proficiency in computer usage.
Ā• Strong time-management capabilities.

Qualifications
Ā• Previous experience interacting with children in a teaching, instructing, or caregiving capacity is preferred.
Ā• Experience in early childhood education or childcare settings is advantageous.
Ā• Familiarity with curriculum development and lesson planning.
Ā• Knowledge of positive discipline methodologies.
Ā• Flexibility in scheduling availability is essential.
