This role focuses on driving growth in Asset Performance Management and Diagnostic & Monitoring business across Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa, collaborating closely with regional sales teams to achieve sales targets and execute the Go-to-Market strategy.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the Go-to-Market strategy for enterprise-level solutions, promoting the Asset Management portfolio to utility and industrial customersAchieve sales targets by identifying, developing, and leading significant campaigns to win high-value, complex dealsLeverage existing GE Grid Solutions capabilities and early-stage engagement in key grid deals to proactively integrate and promote Asset Management solutionsIdentify and capture digital opportunities by cross-selling the broader GE portfolio to resolve specific customer challengesLead proposal teams to develop innovative, customer-centric solutions; establish commercial agreements while leveraging global templates to ensure service deliveryEducate and coach regional sales teams on best practices, processes, and tools to ensure consistent regional performanceUtilize market data to refine regional strategies, launch marketing campaigns, and increase brand awareness while ensuring full regulatory complianceSkillsBachelor's degree in engineering or any other relevant fieldExtensive knowledge of the European electrical and utility markets, complemented by a strong background in the digital/software business and sales domainStrong background in Grid Automation/Services or relevant industrial sectors, including power generation and oil and gasAbility to travel and valid work authorization in the EUFluent in EnglishExtensive knowledge of Grid Automation and Grid Services business it's an advantageStrong interpersonal skills, including active listening, a resilient and flexible mindset, and a proactive, autonomous 'doer' approachBenefitsEligibilità al piano bonus Variabile-AIP, che prevede un incentivo target del **15%** della retribuzione base annua, a seconda del raggiungimento dei parametri di business e delle performance individuali.Eligible to participate in Variable-AIP annual bonus plan that provides a target incentive of 15% of the individual’s annual base salary depending on achievement of key business metrics and individual performance.Pensione Integrativa (Cometa): Tutti i livelli sono eligibili, ad eccezione dei dirigenti.
