[Remote] Estimate Share Adjuster

As an Estimate Share Adjuster, you will provide exceptional customer service, inspect vehicle damage, write repair estimates, and negotiate settlements with various parties involved in claims processing. Responsibilities Virtually inspects damage to a vehicle Writes damage repair estimates Completes total loss valuations Negotiates moderately complex and occasionally complex settlements with repair facilities, tow yards, customers Estimates repair times for rental/loss of use Investigates casualty claims by performing detailed reviews of damage Interpreting policies to determine coverage Uses phone, emails and sometimes video chat with customers to help them through a fast, fair, and easy claims process Evaluates and negotiates claims settlements with customers, vendors, third party carriers and claimants Utilizes multiple tools to get the job done in a fast-paced environment Protects the company financially by executing policies along policy agreements Keeps a clear record of your work in a claims system Ensures timely and accurate documentation is completed as you work on each claim Documents a claim file with notes, evaluations, and decision-making process May work the Triage Tool and partners with the Good Hands Repair Network for vehicles that may be potential total losses Determines reparability and if repairs can be settled rapidly Initiates payments and pays appropriate parties Responds to moderately complex and occasionally complex arbitrations contentions Skills A dedicated workspace in your residence that is private and free from distractions A minimum internet bandwidth of 50 MB down/5 MB up Appropriate work surface and seating 18 months or more experience writing auto collision estimates You have prior experience using an auto estimating program such as: CCC One As a condition of employment, you may be expected to obtain an adjuster's license in multiple markets All required licenses will need to be obtained within 60 days of hire You must maintain all licensing required for your role This role offers a $1,000 sign on bonus if you have an active appraiser license or active adjuster license in TX, FL, or your resident state Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage Allstate pension plan and 401(k) savings plan Ayco financial coaching Spring Health mental and emotional wellbeing resources Paid parental leave Adoption reimbursement Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Wellness incentives Allstate Foundation donation match and grant opportunities Company Overview Allstate is an insurance company that offers car, home, and life insurance services.
