We’re looking for a Remote Estate Planning Paralegal who can wrangle paperwork like a pro, soothe stressed-out clients with kindness, and make sure everything from wills to trusts is buttoned up tighter than a screen door in January. What You’ll Do • Draft and prepare wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and deeds. • Write and edit with care—ensuring every document is accurate and precise. • Organize client information (family trees, assets, that “cabin up north”) into clear, usable formats. • Coordinate with notaries, financial advisors, and title companies. • Keep our systems tidy, efficient, and easy to follow—for both the team and clients. What You'll Bring • 3+ years of estate planning or probate paralegal experience (Minnesota knowledge a plus). • Exceptional writing and editing skills—you enjoy putting complex ideas into plain, polished language. • An eagle eye for detail, and organizational skills that make Marie Kondo proud. • Tech-savvy and comfortable working remotely (yes, sweatpants are fine). • Compassion and patience—our clients are often navigating tough times. • Enjoys being part of a kind, collaborative, award-winning team. • A knack for making processes smoother, saving time, or creating a better client experience.
