[Remote] Escrow Processor - US Based Remote

Anywhere Real Estate Inc. is seeking an Escrow Processor to provide centralized clerical processing of all documents related to the initiation or closing of escrows. The role involves maintaining task lists, supporting branch operations, and evaluating real estate contracts while ensuring accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesAccurately maintain an ongoing daily task list (workflow dashboard) with no overdue tasksBack-room operations support for branch to prepare for closing, to include reviewing commitment/prelim and seller/buyer Information forms to order tax certificates, HOA certificates/statements, surveys, payoff statements, lien releases and any other workflow dashboard items assigned, as neededEvaluate and review real estate contracts and all supporting documentsResponsible for requesting &/or follow-up coordination on payoffs, homeowner’s association demands, verify tax information. Along with any other title liens &/or documents required prior to closeSupport branch operations to prepare for closingExercise sound judgment to identify discrepancies, assess risk to make informed decisionsSkillsExperience in the closing/title/real estate industryExcellent problem-solving skillsProfessional verbal/written skills along with strong interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and high level of organizationDemonstrate follow through, in a fast-paced, high volume and deadline-oriented environmentAvailable to work during core business hours and have the flexibility to work extended hours as neededAbility to work independently and proactively to meet timelines and complete tasks in a timely, efficient, and error-free mannerExcellent computer skills, as we are considered a paperless environment with over 95% of work requiring a computerCompany OverviewAnywhere Real Estate Inc.
