[Remote] ERP Project Manager

MetaOption LLC is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead planning, implementation, upgrade, and support of ERP solutions, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and NAV. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring successful ERP implementations that align with business objectives.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end ERP implementation, migration, upgrade, and optimization projectsManage project scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks, and deliverablesCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirementsCoordinate with functional consultants, developers, QA teams, and third-party vendorsDevelop and maintain project plans, status reports, and executive communicationsFacilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and solution design discussionsMonitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issuesEnsure adherence to project governance, change management, and quality standardsSupport user acceptance testing (UAT), training, deployment, and post-go-live activitiesManage data migration, integrations, and system enhancementsDrive continuous process improvements and ERP best practicesEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to business requirementsSkillsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field5+ years of Project Management experience managing ERP implementation projectsExperience leading full lifecycle ERP implementationsStrong understanding of ERP business processes including: Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, Manufacturing (preferred), Sales & DistributionExperience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologiesStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similarAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyHands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC)Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) implementations, upgrades, or migrations to D365 BCExperience managing cloud ERP transformation projectsKnowledge of ERP integrations, APIs, EDI, Power Platform, and reporting solutionsExperience working with Microsoft Azure environmentsUnderstanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing processesERP consulting or implementation partner experience is highly desirableCompany OverviewGlobal Information Technology Company in New Jersey, USA.
