[Remote] ERP Implementation Project Manager

They are seeking an ERP Implementation Project Manager to support deployment activities for the Spectrum ERP program, coordinating project tasks, documentation, and stakeholder communication across multiple initiatives.ResponsibilitiesSupport implementation activities across Spectrum ERP projects from planning through go-live and hypercare supportAssist with maintaining project plans, schedules, action logs, meeting notes, and implementation trackersCoordinate meetings, follow-up items, and project deliverables across implementation teamsEscalate risks, issues, and project concerns to the Program Manager and senior implementation leads as needed; andSupport reporting efforts related to project milestones, implementation progress, and status trackingAssist with coordination of implementation schedules across operating company deploymentsSupport resource scheduling and project tracking activities within Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, or similar toolsHelp monitor timelines and identify potential impacts to project milestones; andParticipate in implementation planning sessions, project reviews, and coordination meetingsAssist with documenting current-state and future-state business processes aligned with Spectrum ERP capabilitiesSupport development of implementation templates, trackers, and repeatable project documentationParticipate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination, issue tracking, and testing follow-up activities; andAssist with data migration preparation, validation efforts, and implementation readiness activities and documentationSupport communication efforts between the Spectrum team, operating company personnel, and project stakeholdersPrepare meeting summaries, project updates, and implementation communications for both business and technical audiencesBuild collaborative relationships with operating company teams and implementation participants; andAssist with coordination of workshops, training sessions, and implementation meetingsSupport end-user training logistics and coordination activitiesAssist with go-live preparation, cutover planning, and readiness trackingParticipate in hypercare support coordination and issue management following go-live activities; andHelp track implementation support items and coordinate issue resolution effortsSkills2–5 years of project management experience, preferably in an ERP, enterprise technology, or IT implementation environment, other candidates may still be considered on a case-by-case basisStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Teams, Outlook, and PowerPointAbility to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated experience working with distributed or virtual teams and/or remote customersStrong attention to detail and willingness to learn new systems and processesWillingness and ability to travel up to 25% to operating company locationsExposure to ERP systems such as Spectrum preferredBackground in construction, utilities, infrastructure, accounting, finance, or operations environments preferredExperience supporting testing, documentation, reporting, or implementation coordination activities preferredFamiliarity with project tracking or scheduling tools such as Smartsheet or MS Project a plusInterest in developing a long-term career in ERP project management or implementation leadershipCompany OverviewAdvanced Electric Systems is an electrical testing, maintenance, and repair company.
