[Remote] ERP Implementation and Optimization Consultant - Accounting
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ClearPlan LLC is a consulting company that provides Project Management Service Professionals to various industries. They are seeking an ERP Implementation and Optimization Consultant to advise clients on leveraging ERP software to enhance their business operations and deliver tailored software solutions.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Provide ERP product knowledge and support to clients independently and as part of a project team to help implement and/or optimize their ERP (CMiC, Vista, Spectrum) software usage
ā¢ Collaborate with clients to review business processes, analyze and identify requirements, recommend appropriate strategies, and execute effective solutions
ā¢ Deliver technical support and client training, including the creation of training materials and documentation
ā¢ Support software implementations by coordinating and managing tasks related to CMiC, Vista and/or Spectrum deployment
ā¢ Assist clients and project teams in identifying issues and troubleshooting to enhance software performance
ā¢ Develop and maintain project tools and templates to ensure consistent, efficient delivery and reporting
ā¢ Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction
ā¢ Demonstrate high emotional intelligence in client interactions, fostering trust, managing expectations, and navigating complex interpersonal dynamics
ā¢ Stay current with the latest software (CMiC, Vista and/or Spectrum) versions and industry standards, including participation in ongoing training and professional development
Skills
ā¢ US Citizenship required
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, or equivalent years of experience preferred
ā¢ Knowledge of construction industry practices, including: Accounting (AP/AR/GL/WIP), Payroll/HR, Union Payroll (preferred but not required)
ā¢ Product and/or technical expertise relevant to CMiC, Vista and/or Spectrum; ERP technology implementation experience is preferred
ā¢ Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of an organization and with clients
ā¢ Proven ability to identify complex problems, develop creative solutions, and implement effective strategies
ā¢ High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
ā¢ Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies
ā¢ 1ā3 years of experience in consulting services preferred, or equivalent relevant experience with a demonstrated track record of successful project delivery
