[Remote] ERP Functional Data Lead Analyst (Remote)

RTX, the world's largest aerospace and defense company, is seeking an ERP Functional Data Lead Analyst to manage large scale, complex programs related to business process and system transformation. The role involves coordinating conversion activities, documenting requirements, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals while leveraging SAP's S/4 HANA platform.ResponsibilitiesWork cross functional to complete Build Phase, support system configuration design, testing, migration and hyper-care activitiesCompletion of conversion functional specification documents, data mapping, cross reference documents and data model documents across multiple deploymentsDrive conversion progress, including task completion, milestone achievement to adhere to overall timelineLead meetings with cross functional thread leadsUnderstanding team member workload, potential resource constraints, and ensure optimal resource utilization throughout the conversion processProactive risk management: identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor potential risks with real-time alerts for critical issuesMonitor and track conversion and deviation issue resolutionCommunicate expectations and instill accountability in team membersResolve conflicts, promote work sharing, and motivate teams toward common goalsManage multiple conversion activities, tasks and resources through effective organization prioritization, and time management practices to meet program objectivesAdditional responsibilities include documentation, profiling analytics, reporting, internal stakeholder communication, and identifying areas for improvement to enhance quality and efficiency of cutover activitiesSkillsTypically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience OR in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experienceExperience in large scale ERP data migration and conversion, preferably within a supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environment with responsibilities related to planning, production, and aftermarketExperience with multiple project methodologies including waterfall and agile Scrum methodologyAbility to travel ~ 25%-50% to other major RTX US sitesCORE or equivalent (ie.
