The Equipment Finance Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing new business and expanding relationships with end user accounts and current customers while supporting the sales team through training and development.ResponsibilitiesProspect and develop new and existing vendor and or end user customer relationshipsDrive originations and or gross margin to stated objectivesCollects and analyzes information regarding customer's income, assets, investments, or debtsProvides appropriate financing solutions which address customers’ individual needs after assessment of customer’s experience, assets, debt, and experience with financing productsWorks with small and mid-size businesses to assist in securing funding by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of different financial productsAssist with financing sales training on a regular basis through sales meetings, conference calls, tradeshows and scheduled one-on-one phone callsDevelop strong business relationships with both senior management and day-to-day contacts at established and newly developed vendor and end user customersWork with existing vendors and or end user customers to enhance their financing program solutionsAttends various trade shows nationwide as requiredEnsure all new programs are properly administered and communicatedCollaborate with Equipment Finances management and support teams to drive success to defined objectivesSkillsEquipment financing sales requiredVerifiable and documented track record of successKnowledge of CRM software programsMinimum 5 years equipment finance industry experienceHigh school diploma or GED requiredSalesforce experience preferredBachelor's degree in finance or related field preferredBenefitsMedical, Dental and Vision InsuranceAmeris Bank absorbs a major portion of the cost of healthcare.
