[Remote] EPM Financial System Administrator

The EPM Financial System Administrator is responsible for maintaining system stability and performance of Oracle EPM applications, while also identifying improvement opportunities and driving their implementation in partnership with finance and IT teams.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, and application configurations across Oracle EPBCS and FCCS environmentsAdminister system security, user provisioning, and role-based access using Oracle IDCSDesign, build, and maintain EPM cubes (ASO/BSO), business rules, workflows, and integrationsDevelop and maintain EPM Automate scripts and automation workflows for data and system processesSupport and monitor data loads, mappings, and validation across multiple ERP systems for global entitiesEnsure data integrity by validating, reconciling, and troubleshooting consolidation and reporting discrepanciesIdentify and implement improvements to planning, consolidation, and reporting processesOptimize system performance through tuning calculation scripts, performing health checks, and applying patchesSupport monthly and quarterly financial close processes, ensuring timely system refreshes and consolidationsMaintain system documentation and enforce EPM governance, standards, and best practicesSupport change management, including testing, validation, and deployment of system enhancementsProvide technical support and training to finance and FP&A users on EPM tools and functionalityAll other duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field5+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud administration (EPBCS required; FCCS preferred)Strong understanding of financial planning, consolidation processes, and accounting principlesHands-on experience developing business rules, data forms, workflows, and task listsExperience with data integration, data management tools, and multi-source ERP environmentsProficiency in EPM Automate, Smart View, and scripting (batch/shell/calc scripting)Experience with Groovy scriptingStrong knowledge of change control, testing, and deployment methodologiesAdvanced Excel skills for data analysis, reconciliation, and troubleshootingStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skillsBenefitsGenerous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disabilityA company culture that prioritizes internal development and professional growthTime off with pay401(k) plan with a degree of employer matchingPaid parental leaveWellness programs and product discountsCompany OverviewHunter Douglas offers premium, intelligent window fashions that beautifully transform natural light and enhance your home's interiors.
