[Remote] Epicor Financials Analyst

GTN Technical Staffing is seeking an experienced Epicor Financials Analyst to support and optimize Epicor ERP financial processes across multiple internal business units. This role involves providing support for financial management modules, troubleshooting financial process issues, and collaborating with finance teams to improve workflows and financial processes.ResponsibilitiesSupport Epicor Financial Management modules across internal business unitsServe as a key internal resource for GL, AP, AR, month-end close, financial reporting, and multi-company financial operationsTroubleshoot financial process issues and provide ongoing end-user supportHelp maintain and improve the company’s Epicor financial processes over timePartner with internal finance and accounting teams to gather requirements and improve Epicor workflowsConfigure and optimize Epicor financial modules to support accuracy, reporting, controls, and efficiencySupport month-end and year-end financial activities as neededHelp standardize financial processes across business unitsSupport Epicor upgrades, enhancements, acquisitions, and business unit integrationsAssist with testing, validation, deployment, go-live support, and post-go-live stabilizationTravel as needed during initial onboarding and implementation phasesDevelop user training, documentation, and financial process guidesWork with ERP, IT, finance, and business teams to ensure data accuracy and system integrityBridge communication between finance users and technical ERP resourcesSkills3+ years of hands-on Epicor ERP Financials experienceStrong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, month-end close, financial reporting, and accounting processesExperience supporting Epicor implementations, upgrades, enhancements, or business unit rolloutsExperience in multi-company or multi-entity ERP environmentsStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial operationsAbility to gather requirements and translate finance needs into Epicor solutionsStrong communication, troubleshooting, training, and end-user support skillsAbility to work independently in a remote internal support environmentWillingness to travel approximately 25% initially, with travel decreasing over timeEpicor Kinetic Financial Management experienceSQL query and reporting experienceExperience with cloud and/or on-premises Epicor environmentsExperience with ERP standardization, process improvement, and system optimizationExperience supporting acquisitions, consolidations, or internal business unit integrationsUnderstanding of financial controls, audit processes, and compliance requirementsManufacturing, distribution, or multi-entity company experience preferredCompany OverviewGTN Technical Staffing identifies, screens, and recruits information technology professionals.
