[Remote] Epic Senior Consultant - Quality Reporting & Value-Based Care

The role involves data analysis, project coordination, and operational support to enhance EHR solutions for clients, along with opportunities for professional growth and Epic certification.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Quality team in data analysis, reporting validation, and interpretation of findings for client and internal initiativesAssist with Epic-related project work, including documentation, testing, workflow analysis, and build support as assignedGather and organize detailed requirements, data points, and supporting materials for client deliverablesCollaborate with client stakeholders and internal team members to support project goals and day-to-day activitiesAnalyze clinical, operational, or reporting workflows and identify opportunities for improvementSupport testing, quality assurance, issue tracking, and follow-up activities for assigned workstreamsPrepare documentation, meeting notes, status updates, and other project materialsWork directly with end users and team members to monitor workflows and provide support recommendationsParticipate in client-facing and internal meetings to support ongoing work-product coordination and project status trackingAssist in developing and improving internal support documents, workflows, and processesPerform other duties as assigned to support team and client needsParticipate in continuous learning opportunities to grow expertise, including obtaining Epic certification within the first 6 monthsUphold and strengthen Nordic’s corporate cultureSkillsAbility and willingness to attend Epic certification classes within the first 6 months is required moving towards full certification6 years' experience in healthcare data analysis, reporting, quality programs, or operational support2-3 years of client facing project management experienceStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExceptional customer management and service skillsExcellent communication skills, written and verbalAbility to organize with exceptional attention to detailAble to work independently and within a team environmentDemonstrated willingness to learn new systems, workflows, and regulatory conceptsMust demonstrate and embody Nordic's maximsAt least 2 years of quality and regulatory compliance understanding and experience to include programs such accreditation bodies (TJC, DNV), Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) programs, Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Health and Human Services, etcUnderstanding of clinical, operational, or quality workflowsBenefits100% remote positionCompany OverviewNordic Global is an information technology company.
