[Remote] Epic Security and Access Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Superlanet is seeking an Epic Security & Access Analyst to support our healthcare client in Texas. This role will involve supporting Epic security administration, access provisioning, role-based security, and user lifecycle management across clinical and business applications. The ideal candidate will have Epic experience and a strong understanding of Epic security workflows.ResponsibilitiesProcess Epic access requests, modifications, and terminations through ServiceNowSupport onboarding, transfers, and offboarding activitiesAssign and maintain security classes, roles, templates, and user recordsSupport EMP imports, provider imports, and Epic security maintenance activitiesTroubleshoot user access and security-related issuesAssist with role optimization, audits, compliance reviews, and access governance activitiesParticipate in Epic upgrades, testing, and change management effortsMaintain security documentation and proceduresCollaborate with IAM, HR, Compliance, and Epic application teamsSkills2–4 years of Epic security, access management, or Epic application support experienceExperience working in a healthcare environmentExperience managing requests through ServiceNow or a similar ticketing systemFamiliarity with Epic security roles, security classes, user provisioning, and access managementExperience supporting EMP records, provider maintenance, or provider importsStrong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to learn quickly and work independentlyEpic Security Certification strongly preferredCandidates pursuing Epic Security Certification will be consideredExperience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) processesSecurity+, CIAM, or similar certifications are a plusCompany OverviewHealthcare's Advisory, Staffing, and Multi-State Employment Services.
