[Remote] Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Analyst

CSI Companies is seeking an experienced Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Analyst to support and optimize revenue cycle operations for a large healthcare organization. This role will focus on system build, support, and optimization of Epic PB functionality, ensuring accurate billing workflows, compliance, and efficient reimbursement processes.ResponsibilitiesConfigure, build, and maintain Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) application componentsSupport day-to-day PB operations, including troubleshooting issues and resolving system defectsAnalyze revenue cycle workflows and translate business requirements into Epic system solutionsMonitor and manage billing work queues, claims edits, and charge capture processesCollaborate with revenue cycle, clinical, and IT teams to optimize billing performance and reduce denialsParticipate in system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing optimization initiativesDevelop and execute testing plans (unit, integration, UAT) for system changesCreate and maintain documentation including workflows, build specifications, and user guidesProvide end-user support and training to ensure proper system utilizationSkillsEpic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Certification (active)3+ years of experience supporting Epic PB in a healthcare environmentStrong understanding of revenue cycle processes (charge capture, claims, reimbursement)Experience with PB work queues, claims processing, and billing workflowsProven ability to troubleshoot and resolve system and workflow issuesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience with PB Claims and Community Connect environmentsExperience with Epic reporting tools (Reporting Workbench, Clarity, SlicerDicer)Prior experience supporting multi-site or enterprise healthcare systemsAdditional Epic certifications (HB, Cadence, Prelude)Company OverviewHeadquartered in Jacksonville, FL, CSI Companies partners with organizations nationwide to deliver solutions-focused workforce services.
