They are seeking an Epic Population Health Analyst to support the development, configuration, and implementation of initiatives within the Population Health domain, working with project teams and stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesSupport the development, configuration, and implementation of medium to large-scale initiatives within the Population Health domainWork together with project teams, operational stakeholders, and organizational leadership to define project scopeExecute system build and validationProvide support during the implementation processSkillsEpic Healthy Planet and/or Compass Rose CertificationMinimum of 3 years of hands-on Healthy Planet and/or Compass Rose build experienceStrong understanding of Compass Rose end-to-end workflowStrong documentation and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities within structured timelinesKnowledge or experience working with billing-related workflows and revenue cycle processesExperience supporting Epic Healthy Planet and/or Compass Rose module implementationsCompany OverviewThe challenges facing US healthcare are longstanding and all too familiar.
