Integrated Resources, Inc (IRI) is seeking an Associate Epic Instructional Designer to develop and enhance training materials and eLearning content. The role involves applying instructional design principles to create engaging educational interventions and collaborating with team members to ensure high-quality training programs that meet user needs.ResponsibilitiesDevelop academic courses and learning modulesApply adult learning theories to improve user’s performance and productivityTest completed courses for functionality, quality, and timingApply contemporary learning best practices as well as standardized tools and templatesCollaborate with team members to recommend solutions regarding learning roadblocks and/or enhancementsDevelop knowledge check questions and realistic role-based scenariosAdjust educational approach, course content/structure based on feedback receivedEnsure system changes and updates are incorporated into existing documentation and curriculumMaintain expertise and competence in the proper operation and optimal use of assigned software / Epic modulesAssist in maintaining and testing the training environmentBe at work and be on timeFollow company policies, procedures and directivesInteract in a positive and constructive mannerPrioritize and multitaskDevelops academic courses and learning modules using course management software, web authoring tools, and eLearning technologies to meet strict timelinesContributes to the design, development, and production of learning materials using digital media (audio, video, and web) and the application of instructional design principles. Applies adult learning theories to improve user’s performance and productivityProduces eLearning courses on time and aligns those programs with an overall learning outcomes strategy.
