Elevait Solutions is seeking an Epic Instructional Design Specialist / eLearning Developer to create and manage eLearning courses for Epic end users. The role involves collaborating with Epic Analysts to ensure training aligns with workflows and leading various instructional design projects.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain eLearning courses and training content for Epic end usersPartner with Epic Analysts and subject matter experts to align training with real-world workflowsLead needs assessments and determine the right training approach for new functionalityManage multiple instructional design projects from kickoff through deliveryOwn the LMS — structure, content storage, and user guidanceCreate assessments, knowledge checks, and validation tools tied to actual course contentAudit existing courses and measure learning effectivenessSupport system upgrades and new Epic builds with educational validation sessionsMentor new training team members on technical competenciesSkills7+ years of Epic experience with active certification in at least one module7+ years of instructional design and eLearning development experienceHands-on experience with LMS platforms and content authoring toolsProven ability to run training projects end-to-end with defined timelines and deliverablesStrong grasp of adult learning principles and blended learning strategiesMultiple Epic module certificationsInstructional Design certificateExperience with Epic Master Train (MST) environment buildsFamiliarity with emerging content formats — gamification, xAPI, animation, or streaming videoCompany OverviewElevait Solutions offers consulting and workforce solutions using proprietary machine-learning technology.
