[Remote] Epic Cupid/Radiant Build Analyst

Infoway Software is seeking an Epic Cupid/Radiant Build Analyst who will be responsible for the design, build, optimization, implementation, and support of Epic Cupid and Radiant applications. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance clinical workflows and improve patient care while ensuring the efficient utilization of Epic systems.ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, build, test, and maintain Epic Cupid and Radiant application functionalityDevelop and support cardiology and radiology workflows including scheduling, imaging orders, procedure documentation, reporting, and results managementPerform system analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for application issuesConfigure records, security settings, workflows, navigators, SmartForms, SmartSets, reports, and other Epic toolsParticipate in Epic upgrades, enhancements, special projects, and new feature implementationsMaintain system integrity through change management and documentation standardsCollaborate with physicians, technologists, nurses, and operational leaders to evaluate current workflows and identify improvement opportunitiesGather business and clinical requirements and translate them into Epic system solutionsRecommend process improvements that increase efficiency, patient safety, and user satisfactionSupport workflow redesign initiatives related to cardiology and radiology operationsDevelop and execute unit, integrated, regression, and user acceptance testing plansValidate system functionality and coordinate issue resolution during implementations and upgradesSupport go-live activities, including command center support and end-user assistanceEnsure build quality and adherence to organizational standardsCollaborate with interface, integration, and infrastructure teams to support connectivity between Epic and imaging systemsSupport integrations involving PACS, DICOM, modality worklists, imaging archives, and third-party cardiology/radiology applicationsAssist in troubleshooting interface and data exchange issuesDevelop and maintain system documentation, workflows, build specifications, and support proceduresProvide knowledge transfer and guidance to operational teams and junior analystsAssist with end-user education and communication regarding system changesEnsure solutions comply with Epic standards, healthcare regulations, organizational policies, and security requirementsParticipate in governance processes, change control activities, and application auditsSupport data integrity, patient safety initiatives, and regulatory compliance effortsSkillsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or related fieldEquivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered3+ years of Epic application analyst experience supporting clinical applicationsExperience building and supporting Epic Cupid and/or Epic Radiant modulesExperience working within a healthcare provider environment, hospital system, or integrated delivery networkExperience gathering requirements, workflow analysis, testing, and implementation supportCurrent Epic Cupid Certification and/or Epic Radiant Certification requiredCertification must be maintained according to Epic requirementsExperience supporting cardiovascular service lines, cath lab, electrophysiology, echocardiography, or imaging departmentsKnowledge of PACS, DICOM, HL7, imaging workflows, and interoperability standardsExperience with Epic upgrades, optimization initiatives, and large-scale implementationsExperience working in an academic medical center or large healthcare systemKnowledge of reporting tools including Epic Reporting Workbench, Radar, and SlicerDicerCompany OverviewInfoway software is a staffing and recruiting company specializing in software outsourcing services.
