[Remote] Epic ClinDoc Analyst

Career Soft Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced Epic ClinDoc Analyst to support the design, build, and optimization of inpatient clinical workflows within a healthcare environment. The role focuses on enhancing nursing documentation and physician order sets to improve patient care and operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain Epic ClinDoc and Orders or Stork functionalitiesConfigure and optimize nursing documentation, flowsheets, and order setsDevelop and maintain SmartForms and SmartTextsCollaborate with clinical stakeholders (nurses, physicians, and leadership) to gather requirements and translate them into system buildSupport full-cycle implementations , including build, testing, go-live, and post-go-live optimizationTroubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing enhancementsEnsure compliance with clinical standards and organizational policiesSkillsActive Epic ClinDoc and/or Orders or Stork CertificationExperience with at least 2 full-cycle Epic implementationsStrong expertise in FlowsheetsStrong expertise in Order SetsStrong expertise in SmartForms / SmartTextsSolid understanding of inpatient clinical workflowsClinical background (RN preferred)Experience working in hospital or healthcare environmentsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsCompany Overview⚡Because great delivery starts with the right people!
