[Remote] Epic Cheers CRM Consultant – Call Hub & Campaigns

Gardner Resources Consulting, LLC is seeking an experienced Epic Cheers CRM professional to support patient outreach and call center campaign initiatives within a large-scale Epic environment. The role involves configuring and optimizing Epic Cheers CRM to enhance patient communication and engagement, managing Call Hub workflows, and collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment with operational goals.ResponsibilitiesConfigure, optimize, and support Epic Cheers CRM to drive patient communication and engagement strategiesManage and execute Call Hub workflows, including scripting, routing, and call tracking for inbound and outbound patient callsBuild, launch, and track Campaigns aimed at patient outreach, scheduling, reminders, and health initiativesCollaborate with clinical, IT, and call center teams to ensure CRM workflows align with operational and patient care goalsProvide subject matter expertise on Epic Cheers best practices and functionalityTroubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues promptly to minimize downtimeTrain and mentor staff on new workflows, campaign setup, and CRM reporting toolsSkillsEpic Cheers CRM certification (or current Epic proficiency badge in Cheers, Call Hub, and/or Campaigns)Hands-on experience implementing or managing Epic Call Hub and Campaigns functionalityPrevious experience in a healthcare setting with patient communication or call center operationsStrong understanding of patient outreach workflows and CRM best practicesExcellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work with cross-functional teamsExperience with large-scale Epic implementations in an enterprise healthcare environmentAbility to analyze campaign performance data and recommend improvementsFamiliarity with other Epic modules that integrate with Cheers CRMCompany OverviewFor over 25 years, Gardner Resources Consulting (GRC) has been a trusted provider of Technology, Life Sciences, Healthcare IT, and Engineering Staffing Services across the United States.
