STI is seeking a highly technical Epic Certified Cogito Project Manager to lead the EHR Analytics Team on a business intelligence development project for DHHS DSOHF facilities. The role involves overseeing project management tasks, coordinating analytics activities, and ensuring the overall success of analytics across various applications.ResponsibilitiesMaintain the scope, schedule, and quality of the project in their specific application area or teamDevelop and maintain project plans according to State and NCDHHS IT project management methodologySet clear expectations for team membersWork closely with the EHR Program Director, EHR PMO Manager, and other project managers to coordinate activitiesAdvise and coach team members by providing guidance on project issues, key success factors of the project, and lessons learnedOrganize resources within the organizationIdentify and manage issues and risks, assuring appropriate resolution/escalation and mitigation strategies are documented and assigned and status trackedAssist as a support contact for EHR analyticsOversee and coordinate the triage of analytics needs and the corresponding buildSet overall build, security, and data segregation strategiesDesign, implement, and maintain an enterprise-wide Reporting Workbench and Radar security policiesManage Report Workbench templates and create or authorize the creation of any new templatesTrack Report Workbench template buildCoordinate technical implementation of overall data segregation strategyWork with analyst sponsors and EHR Program Manager to stand up and facilitate your data governance groupEstablish and enforce processes, including request, triage, prioritization, testing, publishing, and validating data requestsFacilitate application and Cogito team communication to close gapsCoordinate with the training team to ensure end-user comfort and happiness with data and toolsEstablish a process for use of the Analytics Catalog and request trackerDrive the analytics implementation to meet organizational goals and initiativesMeasure ongoing success of analytics after go-live and making necessary adjustmentsMonitor team productivity and performanceReview upgrade documentation related to analytics tools and content and determining how to implement, disseminate, and train the changesDeciding which reporting tools to use as new data needs arise, including but not limited to: Clarity and Caboodle reports; Extract Framework: Metrics; Benchmarking; Radar; Analytics Catalog Registry Framework and data marts; Reporting Workbench; SlicerDicerIdentify and troubleshoot issuesServe as a liaison between organizational needs and Epic implementation staffMaintain regular communication with Epic representatives, including participating in weekly project team meetingsWork with Epic representatives, organization, and end users to ensure the system meets the organization's business needsDevelop an understanding of operational needs to set the direction for the organization's workflowsParticipate in training and work with end usersReview the status of projects and issues on an ongoing basis with leadershipHold weekly communications with team members to discuss the status of deliverables, shared issues, end-user concerns, budget, and upcoming milestonesSkillsCogito certificationEpic business intelligence development experienceFamiliarity with Epic tools: Cogito, Radar, Workbench Administration, CaboodleCompany OverviewSTI Education Services Group is an education administration company.
