[Remote] EPIC Bridges and Interfaces Analyst

Hatch Pros is seeking an EPIC Bridges and Interfaces Analyst to contribute to the design, implementation, and support of clinical and enterprise applications. This mid-level role involves managing technical solutions for moderately complex projects and collaborating with clinical and operational teams to enhance patient care and operational performance.ResponsibilitiesPlan, design, configure, build, test, implement and maintain clinical and enterprise applications, including moderately complex system components within an Epic environmentTroubleshoot multifaceted issues spanning software, hardware, interfaces, and databasesMonitor system performancePerform quality assurance and integrated testing to ensure application reliability and alignment with organizational standardsSupport and develop application-specific enhancements and reports to support clinical and operational prioritiesDevelop and maintains system documentation for build specificationsProvide operational support for assigned applicationsSkillsBridges & Interfaces Certifications neededData Courier Badge Is RequiredCurrent, active Epic Certification in Bridges and InterfacesBachelor's Degree (Business, IS, Healthcare, or related field of study required) strongly preferred. Will consider an Associate's degree with 2 additional years of direct experience5 years of system build experience within an Epic environment, including successful implementations; high level complexityAdvanced knowledge of application support and developmentStrong problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesDesign, develop, and unit test Epic Bridges interfaces (e.g., ADT, ORM/ORU, SIU, results, charges as applicable), including message validation, error handling, and reprocessing strategy; document build decisions and configurationExperience with network-related interface activitiesKnowledge of clinical, business, and/or operational healthcare hospital/clinic workflowsExperience in application build and go-live, along with extensive experience in implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and supportSpecific experience with data integrationExcellent presentation and documentation skillsCloverleaf I/II/III is strongly preferred given our current systemExperience with workflow analysis or development of application solutions preferredExperience in Epic applications, and healthcare operations background (e.g., clinical, billing, scheduling, access services, health information management, etc.)Experience with healthcare information systems including application and data layer management preferredExperience With Systems Provisioning/security And Active Directory Structures PreferredExperience with integration platforms including middleware and application interfaces preferredExperience working with project life cycle and project management methodologies preferredProficiency in Microsoft Visio preferredProfessional level certification from an accredited organization in relevant informatics, health information technology, clinical or business specialties preferredBenefitsW2/1099/IC onlyHybrid, travel once a month to Tampa paid by clientCompany OverviewAt Hatch Pros, we provide a unique blend of IT solutions and staffing services to businesses all across the USA.
