The EHR Applications Analyst 3 is responsible for providing support services for applications and systems, ensuring effective maintenance and troubleshooting while also participating in training and project execution.ResponsibilitiesDelivering world-class support services across all BILH entities and its affiliatesIdentifying, evaluating, analyzing, and recommending changes in support of assigned applications/systems including ongoing production maintenance and trouble-shootingSupporting the planning, design, development, build, and/or configuration of assigned applications/systemsLeading and/or coordinating conversions, application/system testing, and documentation of system proceduresParticipating and providing input in training design and development and assisting in training execution in relation to assigned projectsProviding go-live support and serving as the primary point of contact for ongoing maintenance/support and troubleshootingSkillsHigh School diploma or GED requiredTwo (2) years of experience implementing, designing, and/or managing a variety of EHR and clinical systems using multiple software programs and network applicationsExperience working in a clinical settingExperience working with clinical information systems or system implementation teams for complex projects and/or application developmentExperience in full implementation software development cycleExperience managing small projects with defined duration and scopeAbility to multi-task- Self-starter and motivatorExcellent problem-solving and written and oral communication skillsCandidate will have a proven track record of producing quality deliverables on time, taking ownership and accountability of assignments, and demonstrating a strong work ethicWillingness to address issues and take ownership, knowing when and how to escalate issues.
