[Remote] Epic Application Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SSM Health is seeking a certified Epic Application Analyst to join their IT Revenue Cycle Growth Team. The role involves configuring, implementing, supporting, and maintaining Epic applications, serving as a liaison between end-users and business partners to enhance healthcare revenue cycle solutions.ResponsibilitiesBuilds requirements and translates into configuration and business process changes, using knowledge of standard workflowsProvides routine maintenance and standard build for Epic applications and systems using existing internal processes, policies and proceduresProvides technical knowledge analyzing Epic vendor software updates and the impact to the business for Epic applicationsTroubleshoots and resolves basic to moderately complex application issues and provides end-user support for Epic applicationsCodes complex functions including building application tables and reports for Epic applicationsUpdates testing scripts to incorporate ongoing system development and implementationsActs as a resource for Epic colleagues with less experience.
