This role is responsible for driving growth by developing relationships with EPC firms and strategic accounts, focusing on project engagement and strategic account planning.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, qualify, and pursue large capital project opportunities across multiple industrial and infrastructure segmentsDevelop and execute strategic account plans for priority EPC firms and key owner/operator accountsEngage early in the project lifecycle to influence technical, commercial, and digital architecturesMonitor market trends, project pipelines, and investment drivers to proactively shape demandBuild and maintain senior-level relationships with EPC executives, project directors, and engineering leadersCoordinate Schneider Electric engagement across multiple EPC business units and project portfoliosAct as a single-point strategic interface for selected high-impact owner/operator accountsSupport global and regional EPC framework agreements and preferred partner strategiesArticulate the value proposition of Schneider Electric’s automation, digital, electrical, and lifecycle solutionsLead executive-level customer discussions focused on business outcomes, risk reduction, and lifecycle valueCollaborate with sales, technical, proposal, and delivery teams to develop differentiated solutionsSupport bid strategies, deal qualification, and commercial positioning for complex pursuitsBuild and maintain a qualified pipeline aligned with strategic growth prioritiesProvide market and customer feedback to product management, marketing, and leadership teamsTrack opportunity progress, forecast revenue, and report on key performance indicatorsContribute to long-term strategy development for EPC and strategic account growthSkillsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred)20+ years of experience in business development, sales, engineering, or project execution within industrial or infrastructure marketsStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skillsAbility to operate independently while collaborating effectively across teamsDemonstrated experience working with EPC firms and/or large owner/operator accountsProven success influencing and closing complex, multi-stakeholder capital projectsExperience operating in a matrixed, global organizationStrong understanding of EPC business models, project lifecycles, and risk allocationAbility to position integrated solutions across automation, digital, and electrical domainsExecutive presence with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrategic thinking combined with disciplined executionCompany OverviewSchneider Electric specializes in the digital transformation of energy management and automation.
