They are seeking an EPC Project Manager to manage complex construction projects, ensuring timely communication with customers and coordinating with vendors and sales teams to meet project requirements.ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of onsite high profile/complex construction projects that require a high level of product knowledgeHelp establish KPI’s specific to each project as well as establish performance tracking methods, project dashboards, and project issue trackersCommunicate to the customer, expedite OS&Ds (over, short & damaged) and resolve customer issues promptlyRead through all Purchase Orders to get an understanding of requirements and makes sure terms and conditions are correctWorks with sales and vendors to obtain additional margin when possibleCoordinate with vendors, customers and sales teams on pricing, order placement, claims and returned goods, and account management to ensure we are meeting customer expectationsExpedite backorders to maximize fill rates and customer satisfactionWork closely with customer project team, internal staff, and procurement teams to maximize inventory efficiency and reduce excess. Work with vendors to create project specific programs to help mitigate inventory excessEnsure that all project site safety requirements and protocols are established and metDetermine vendors and purchase requirements looking for additional pricing advantages and product substitution opportunities to substantially improve the overall profitability of the projectManage the delivery schedule, product quality, information updates and back chargeProactively seek alternative methods to deliver the project on time and within budgetProvide timely price quotations, requotes, and/or proposalsDevelop relationships with customer, strategic suppliers, and vendorsCoordinate with project team for documentation requirements such as O&M manuals, Test Reports, submittal packages, and Certificates of Compliance.
