• Maintain high standards of integrity and ethics in all client interactions
Skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated with a strong desire for success
• Capable of working independently or collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Proficient computer skills with a willingness to learn new platforms
• Openness to obtaining an insurance license (if not currently possessed)
• Experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not essential
