[Remote] Entry-Level Implementation Analyst | Fintech | Remote US
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Emma of Torre.ai is assisting Pi3AI in finding a top candidate for the Entry-Level Implementation Analyst role. This position involves driving financial automation and digital transformation for global clients while supporting implementation projects and collaborating with various teams.
Responsibilities
• Support the implementation of financial reconciliation and automation projects for clients
• Work directly with operations, finance, and technical teams to understand client workflows
• Configure and document the use case, data logic, and reconciliation rules
• Troubleshoot issues and support the stabilization phase of each implementation
• Prepare and update functional documentation for each client project
• Collaborate closely with senior specialists to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Implementation management
• Google Sheets
• Data analysis
• Automation
• Novice in Business intelligence (BI)
• Fully fluent in English
• Recent graduate or early-career professional in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excel / Google Sheets: Advanced (mandatory)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Located in the United States
• Interest or exposure to SQL, Power BI, or other data tools (nice to have)
