Requirements:
Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Strong typing skills (minimum 35 WPM).
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Reliable internet connection and personal device.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
Enter customer and business data into internal systems with precision.
Verify, correct, and update existing records.
Organize digital files for easy access and retrieval.
Communicate with internal staff regarding missing or unclear data.
Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality standards.
Maintain data security and confidentiality at all times.
