Key Responsibilities

Data Input & Maintenance:

Accurately enter, update, and maintain records in careerzynith’s proprietary database platforms, adhering to established formatting standards.

Quality Assurance:

Perform routine data quality checks, identify discrepancies, and correct errors to uphold the highest level of data integrity.

File Organization:

Create, organize, and manage electronic files and documentation, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with retention policies.

Reporting Support:

Assist senior analysts by preparing basic data extracts and supporting the generation of routine reports.

Collaboration:

Communicate regularly with cross‑functional teams—including analysts, project managers, and IT—to resolve data‑related questions and maintain consistency across datasets.

Process Improvement:

Suggest and implement enhancements to data entry workflows that increase speed, reduce errors, and improve overall efficiency.

Security & Confidentiality:

Training & Development:

Documentation:

Contribute to the creation and upkeep of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data entry activities.

Essential Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED; some college coursework in business, information systems, or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort navigating web‑based applications.
• Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and a strong commitment to data precision.
