They are seeking 3 Entry-Level Data Analysts to join their analytics team, responsible for operational reporting, business intelligence, and data-driven decision-making across multiple business functions.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze structured business and operational datasets to identify trends, anomalies, performance drivers, and improvement opportunitiesDevelop, maintain, and enhance recurring reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards used by business and operational stakeholdersWrite and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, aggregation, validation, and reporting purposesPerform data profiling, data quality checks, and reconciliation activities to ensure reporting accuracy and consistencySupport root-cause analysis and ad hoc analytical requests using enterprise data sourcesAssist in the design and maintenance of reporting datasets and business metricsTranslate business requirements into analytical outputs and reporting solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, Product, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Business Intelligence teamsDocument data definitions, business rules, KPI calculations, and reporting methodologiesSupport ongoing reporting automation and analytics process improvement initiativesSkillsBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative discipline0-2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or related analytical functions (internships, research projects, and academic experience will be considered)Strong working knowledge of SQL, including Joins, Aggregations, Subqueries, Window Functions and Data Filtering and TransformationAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, Data Validation, and Analytical ModelingStrong understanding of data analysis methodologies and problem-solving techniquesAbility to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyExperience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or LookerExposure to Python, Pandas, NumPy, or similar analytical toolsFamiliarity with relational databases, data warehousing concepts, and enterprise reporting environmentsUnderstanding of data governance, data quality management, and KPI developmentExposure to cloud-based analytics environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCPKnowledge of operational analytics, supply chain analytics, manufacturing analytics, customer analytics, or business performance reportingCompany OverviewNova Infotek LLC is a Texas-based technology company headquartered in Cypress, TX, helping organizations turn complex business challenges into scalable, intelligent software.
