QUALIFICATIONS
 High school diploma or equivalent
 Typing proficiency of 50+ WPM along with good computer skills
 Minimum of 1 year of call center experience with a high call volume
 Average 90% or higher QA/KPI scores
 Experience with CRM software
Preferred qualifications:
 Experience in the home service industry, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
