Customer Service Representatives: Communicate and resolve customer concerns and maintain existing relationships through excellent customer service.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation
Independently resolve routine and complex benefits issues
Collaborate effectively with team members
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients

Customer service experience is a plus
