Available Positions:
• Enrollment Advisors: Help employees and members of different groups select and enroll in their predetermined benefits. No prior experience is necessary, but if you have experience in a people-focused industry, you're likely to excel!
• Customer Service Representatives: Communicate and resolve customer concerns and maintain existing relationships through excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
• Great verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in phone and Zoom communication

Responsibilities:
• Engage with new members and guide them through the benefits enrollment process
• Customize benefits plans for clients
• Foster relationships with existing and new clients
• Perform administrative duties as needed
• Enroll niche market clients into exclusive benefit programs
• Manage benefits for union and association members
• Provide excellent customer service and support for employee benefits inquiries
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation
• Independently resolve routine and complex benefits issues
• Collaborate effectively with team members
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on goals
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Customer service experience is a plus
