Remote Entry-Level Customer Service Representative

Position Overview
We are looking for reliable, service-oriented individuals to join our remote customer support team. This is a 1099 contract role where you will support inbound customer calls for national service platforms. No prior experience is required — paid training stipend is provided.
Top performers may become eligible for internal advancement opportunities and future placement on Direct Client accounts, where advanced tools (including AI and automation systems) are used.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound customer service calls with professionalism and clarity
• Assist with account questions, service updates, and general support
• Follow client scripts and tools for each interaction
• Maintain reliability and excellent attendance
• Communicate with the CamTalk team through Slack when needed
• Complete required training modules in the Workforce Hub

Technical Requirements (Required)
To ensure client compliance, candidates must meet all technical requirements:
• Computer: Windows 11 (fully updated; no pending updates)
• Memory: Minimum 12 GB RAM
• Storage: 60 GB total / 40 GB available
• Internet:
• Hard-wired Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi not permitted)
• Minimum 30 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
• Maximum latency: 50 ms
• Monitors: Dual monitors required (2 total), 1920×1080 resolution
• Webcam: Required
• USB 3.0 Port: Required (for USB headset)
• Workspace: Quiet, distraction-free environment
Advancement Opportunities (For Top Performers)
After at least one month of successful client performance, contractors may be invited to:
• Shadow internal staff to learn operations, recruiting, HR processes, client onboarding, and workflow management
• Apply for Direct Client roles that use advanced AI and digital tools
• Participate in personal and career development programs
• Work in specialized departments based on skill and interest (Ops, Recruiting, Quality, Client Success)
