**The Role**
As a Clinical Support Services Agent, you will be responsible for:
* Receiving initial calls from patients and gathering essential information
* Relaying information to clinicians to ensure timely and effective care
* Providing exceptional customer service, even in high-pressure situations
* Enhancing your customer care skills through ongoing training and support
* Working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless communication and care delivery
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answering calls from patients and gathering information in a timely and accurate manner
* Relaying information to clinicians to ensure effective care delivery
* Providing exceptional customer service, even in high-pressure situations
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance customer care skills
**Essential Qualifications**
* 18 years of age
* Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum requirements)
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
* Evening, weekend shifts required (holidays required, paid at time ½)
* Access to High Speed Internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
* Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment required
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
