As the Enterprise Workday Administrator, you will take full ownership of the Workday platform, collaborating with HR, Finance, and IS leadership to ensure operational excellence and drive meaningful organizational change.ResponsibilitiesManage Workday tenant configuration, business processes, and system settingsLead updates, releases, and system enhancementsMaintain documentation, configuration guides, and training materialsEvaluate and implement new Workday features to maximize organizational impactServe as technical escalation point for complex Workday issuesTrain and enable Tier 1 & Tier 2 support teams to resolve issues effectivelyManage ticket queues and resolve challenging system problemsLead Workday change control committee with HR, Finance, and IS stakeholdersFacilitate decisions for system changes and enhancementsCommunicate updates, secure approvals, and implement changes, with organizational impactPromote adoption and effective communication of Workday changesManage vendor relationships and third-party support to optimize system performanceSkillsBachelor's in Information Systems, Information Technologies, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field with equivalent experienceProficient in troubleshooting, tier-3 support, report building, and system documentation7+ years of hands-on Workday administration, including tenant management, business processes, security roles and access control, integrations (EIB, Core Connect, APIs, Workday Studio), reporting, and release managementExperience with cloud platforms, enterprise integrations, Microsoft Office 365, and data reporting/analytics tools (Prism, calculated fields, dashboards)Willingness to pursue Workday certifications (training provided) and stay current on best practicesCandidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. This position does not offer visa sponsorship now or in the futureExperience managing integrations with third-party systems, Workday security management, identity and access management systems, and understanding of IT security best practicesWorkday certifications (HCM, Finance, Security), additional Workday security or reporting certifications.
