Diligent Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Executive with a proven track record in the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) and Wealth Management sectors. The role involves generating new business, developing strategic partnerships, and mentoring junior sales team members while establishing effective sales processes and best practices.ResponsibilitiesDrive enterprise sales efforts targeting Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), Wealth Management firms, Broker-Dealers, Family Offices, and related financial services organizationsLeverage existing industry relationships and professional network to generate qualified opportunities and accelerate sales cyclesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targetsManage the full enterprise sales lifecycle, including prospecting, discovery, presentations, negotiations, and contract executionBuild trusted relationships with C-level executives, Managing Directors, Partners, Advisors, and key decision-makersIdentify new market opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies to support company growthCollaborate with executive leadership to refine messaging, positioning, branding, and value propositionsServe as a sales leader and mentor by coaching junior sales representatives on prospecting, discovery, relationship building, and closing techniquesEstablish and improve enterprise sales processes, methodologies, and performance metricsDeliver compelling product demonstrations, executive presentations, and business casesMaintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management within CRM systemsProvide market intelligence and customer feedback to product and leadership teamsRepresent the company at industry conferences, networking events, webinars, and client meetingsAssist in developing strategic partnerships and channel relationships within the wealth management ecosystemSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or related field7+ years of enterprise sales experience with at least 5 years focused on the RIA, Wealth Management, Asset Management, FinTech, or Financial Services industryDemonstrated network ('Rolodex') of established relationships within the RIA and Wealth Management communityProven history of consistently achieving or exceeding enterprise sales quotasExperience selling SaaS, FinTech, WealthTech, Financial Services solutions, consulting services, or technology platforms to enterprise clientsStrong executive presence with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders and decision-makersExperience mentoring, coaching, and developing junior sales professionalsDeep understanding of enterprise sales methodologies and consultative selling techniquesStrong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skillsExperience managing long and complex enterprise sales cyclesProficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systemsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrong business development, networking, and strategic account management capabilitiesCompany OverviewDiligent Solutions is dedicated to empowering your business success through a unique, integrated approach that emphasizes people, process, and technology.
